Had a one night stay heading home after road trip. The double queen room we had appeared to have had a recent renovation. Nice vinyl plank flooring and updated bathroom; the beds were very comfortable. The nightly price was also a plus. Due to location on major road, the AC on at night helped mute traffic noise. The breakfast wasn't anything 'to write home' about. Small prepackaged muffin and danish, yogurt and a couple of cereal choices. Overall for a quick one night stay, we would stay here again.
Older motel but extremely clean and has been updated. Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of lighting and electric outlets. Very large dish TV with good reception, larger size refrigerator that kept my fruit fresh all week plus a microwave. Love the amenities here. There are benches outside and I was able to sit outside and enjoy the rainstorm. Has good choices for continental breakfast with a table to sit at whether inside or outside the "comfort food" room. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it for those looking for a comfortable stay. Personally I enjoyed it better than some of the Best Western and 5 star motels I've stayed at. The location is close to hwy 260 and 60 and plenty of restaurants nearby. Safeway grocery store is close if you need anything. Only reason I didn't give the location a 5 star is because it's hard to make a left turn out of the parking lot because of heavy traffic near major intersection.
Honestly, this was a little gem in Show Low. My wife and I were passing through and stayed here in June 2025. They have done a really nice job of upkeep and cleanliness, and organization. The rooms were clean; the service was great. The location is right in the center of Show low on Rt. 260 Right near some restaurants. A great little place!
Pleasantly surprised. Pulled into Show Low during season without reservations. This motel was very clean, and desk staff was super helpful. Beds were nothing to write home about but, I slept through the night no problems. Small little breakfast area with coffee and snacks. Price was competitive but not exorbitant. Good value for the money. Mexican restaurant across the street has good food and a bar. I would definitely stay here again.
I was so impressed with the KC Motel! My room was well-lit and very clean, and my bed was comfortable. It was also very reasonably priced. Not being sure if I could park a larger vehicle (a shuttle bus) in their parking lot, the management was extremely helpful with my reservation and even came out to guide me to a spot they had kept clear for me. They went far above what I had expected and were so kind. I loved my stay at the KC Motel! Thank you for making it a great experience!

Now, to be clear, when I gave them 5 stars, it's relative. This isn't a high end motel/hotel. But it is very nice. It has well lit parking, which as a motorcyclist, I appreciate. The room was small but comfortable. For the price?; this was a great value. In fact, I've paid a lot more and gotten less.
The room is pretty nice and spacious, the A/C blows cold and strong. The only bad is that my bed had a hump in it right down the middle and the shower head is super low. Great hotel overall will be coming here again.
